Our very nice property had access problems and was hence more difficult to sell. Prospective buyers were made aware of this by the agent and hence viewed after a realistic preparation. We wanted to thank Salisbury Henderson for the services we have received throughout the sales process of our property.
Firstly thanks to Holli who secured the sale back in July and managed to negotiate what we felt at the time was a very fair asking price for our property.
Ian’s advice and persistence along the way has been worth its weight in gold and we both honestly feel that without Salisbury Henderson as our estate agent this sale may never have gone through. The service we have received deserves every bit of the seller’s fee and we would recommend their services to anyone. Having never sold a property before we always felt like we were being updated and like we could ask any number of questions knowing we would get sound professional advice.

Holli managed the sale of my mother in law’s bungalow, 300 miles from where I live.
She was very professional, trustworthy, communicative and diplomatic often in difficult circumstances. Holli was extremely competent in all that she did and made no mistakes. Her proactive problem solving skills saved us a delay of at least several weeks near completion of the sale.
